This beautiful ancestral home is ready to welcome your extended family! You will have all the space and equipment necessary to comfortably host at least 12 adults. Five bedrooms and more than nine beds can accommodate large groups. Having stood the test of time with grandeur, this well-equipped space is now within your reach. Peaceful space with no neighbors nearby (except for the one across the street). View of the mountains and the river. Located in the heart of L'Anse-St-Jean, you will be 4 km from the dock and the spectacular view of the Fjord, and 9 km from the ski resort. Everything is set up for a comforting, festive, and/or gathering stay: Board games for adults and children Netflix for a chill après-ski or rainy days Second living room upstairs for kids with a smart TV (with a door and space to sleep 4 children if you want to relax with adults) Plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the 40,000 square feet of land, including a "washer" game! BBQ and everything you need in the kitchen, from a large pot for lobsters to a Magic Bullet, and a high-quality knife block Italian coffee makers and a drip coffee machine. Coffee included (!!!) Other Details to Note
There is an annex to the chalet—a summer kitchen that has been fully renovated into a cozy little retreat—so if you're renting for a party, it's important to let us know, and ideally, rent the annex as well to have the entire place 100% for your group.

Situé dans le village de l'Anse-St-Jean, le voisinage est tranquille et très agréable. Circulation parfois lourde sur la route devant le chalet, car c'est le chemin principal qui se rend au quai et beaucoup de gens s'y rendent le weekend pour s'adonner à différentes activités. Mais les lieux restent calmes et sereins.
